Avoid avoid avoid! The owner takes pictures of guests without their knowledge and does not provide this upon request. It is really creepy. He must live near by as he is able to watch you from the flat. Stay away or stay at your own risk. What is the motive for this... I dread to think. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!

Everything. Owner who photographs you in the flat is a big no no!
